Dr Gemma Kim graduated from medicine at Sydney University in 1997. After graduation she completed an internship and residency at Westmead Hospital, where she acquired her Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She went on to complete her GP fellowship training in Gosford, Raymond Terrace and Penrith.
In 2002 Dr Kim started work at Abbotsford general practice where she completed the Diploma of Child Health (Westmead Hospital). In 2013 she joined Gateway Quayside Medical Centre, which is now O’Connell St Clinic.
Her special interests include women’s health and general practice. She is experienced in doing minor skin procedures such as the excision of skin lesions. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Dr Kim is also registered with the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Royal Women’s Hospital and Royal North Shore Hospital (Manly Hospital) for Antenatal shared care.
