The second way is indirectly, via the materials and resources included on the site itself. However, this is not the only means by which Prime Medic deliver value and goods to users. As Prime Medic is a licensed provider of Quick Prescription services, users may be entitled to receive prescription medication. This is medication is provided with a few caveats. For example, controlled substances such as recreational drugs are not permitted to be distributed via Quick Prescription. This is still the case even if the user has been legally and validly prescribed these drugs before. Another caveat is that new prescriptions cannot be offered. Quick Prescription is designed as a convenient and easy repeat prescription service. It cannot be used to acquire new scripts. Finally, all Quick Prescription requests are subject to the approval of a medical professional. These medical professionals may require the user to visit them for a face to face session, or to submit further information. When users elect to utilise the Quick Prescription service, they are provided with two delivery options. These are as follows; Collect from Pharmacy The Prime Medic team can send your script to be collected at your local pharmacy. If you are in a hurry and need the medication sooner rather than later, this option is probably the most suitable. This is because Prime Medic do not deliver the medicine physically to the pharmacy, which would incur a delay. Instead, the team sends a digital message through to the nominated pharmacy, who then pick the order from their own supplies. Provided that the pharmacy has the medicines available in their stores, you should be able to receive your medication straight away. If there is a delay, you should be notified, but it is worth checking with the pharmacy that the order has been received and picked before you go.
The second option provided by Prime Medic is delivery direct to an address in Australia. This does not need to be your home address, it simply needs to be a location where you can collect, show ID, and sign for the medication when it arrives. This means, if you need to send medication to a college or university, workplace, or somewhere where you will be staying, this is OK. With this option, the approved script will be passed to our partner pharmacy, where it will be picked and prepared. In effect, the Prime Medic team of qualified professionals is dispensing the medicine for you, which leads to the additional charge for this service. As the medicines need to be physically sent to you, there will also be a slight delay in when you receive them. This is governed by Australia's postal service, and you should have your medicines within a few days, although we will aim for next day delivery where possible. However, for users who must remain at home and who can't make a trip to a pharmacy easily, this could provide the best option.

Users are advised to be aware that they cannot request a refund after they have paid for their booking in most cases. The only time that a refund will be offered is if there is a problem which is deemed to be a fault of Prime Medic, as defined within our terms and conditions. Prime Medic makes refunds quicker and easier than ever. If we are unable to provide you the Medical Service due to any reason, we’ll send the money straight to your Prime Medic's Wallet instantly. You can use the balance anytime in any service. If you wish to receive the amount to your bank account, the standard bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to you. For example, if for some reason we are unable to process your booking, you will be refunded. Similarly, if a medical professional deems your case unsuitable for Quick Prescription and recommends further information or consultation, Prime Medic will offer a refund to you. In the unlikely event that a refund is provided after medicines have been dispatched and dispensed, we may request that you send these medicines back to us or to the pharmacy. In this rare instance, we will only accept medicines which have not been opened and have their tamper-proof seals all intact. If you are returning the medicine to your local pharmacy, this will be governed by the pharmacy's own returns policy.
